We suggest you make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, and no later than 5 p.m. Central Time on Friday, October 16, 2026, to ensure you receive the special MDRT EDGE rate. Availability is not guaranteed, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your meeting confirmation email will include a room reservation link.
The negotiated hotel room rate of USD 354 is only guaranteed until 5 p.m. Central Time on October 16, 2026. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Meeting attendees must be registered for MDRT EDGE to secure a hotel room at this rate. A credit card valid through July 2027 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa and MasterCard credit cards are accepted. The hotel will send a confirmation email of the hotel reservation once it is completed. Attendees are able to reserve one room.
The guest room rates will be offered by the hotel three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability. These rates will be in effect November 6 – November 14, 2026.
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy for all hotel reservations. Inside 72-hours prior to arrival, the individual credit card will be charged one-night’s room and tax charges for canceling the reservation.
