The primary venue and official hotel for the 2025 MDRT EDGE is the JW Marriott Austin. Located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers luxury, comfort and sophisticated amenities. The urban resort features an on-site spa, outdoor rooftop pool, room service, many bars and restaurants, Starbucks and the largest guest rooms in the city with floor-to-ceiling windows.

We suggest you make your hotel reservations at the same time you register, and no later than 5 p.m. Central Time on October 17, 2025, to ensure you receive the special MDRT EDGE rate. Your meeting confirmation email will include a room reservation link. Availability is not guaranteed, and reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The negotiated hotel room rate of USD 319 is only guaranteed until 5 p.m. Central Time on October 17, 2025. Room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes. Meeting attendees must be registered for MDRT EDGE to secure a hotel room at this rate. A credit card valid through July 2026 is required to confirm your reservation. American Express, Visa and MasterCard are accepted. The hotel will send a confirmation email of the hotel reservation once it is completed. Members are able to reserve one room.

Pre- and Post-meeting Date Reservations

The guest room rates will be offered by the hotel three days prior and three days after the meeting dates, subject to availability.  These rates will be in effect November 7–November 15, 2025.

Cancellation and No-show Policies

Reservations must be canceled 48 hours in advance of check-in to avoid a one-night charge.
