MDRT member attendees are eligible to bring a business partner or key staff person from their organizations to learn together, create plans to expand their practices and help implement ideas gained from MDRT EDGE into their business operations. Who is key to helping you run your business?
MDRT EDGE guests must work in the U.S. or Canada. Guests will have access to the entire event but may only participate in Peer Groups if their member colleague opts in during registration. Guests may not be MDRT Academy or MDRT Center for Field Leadership members. Member and guest fees are the same. Limit one guest per MDRT member attendee.

Estis is known for his innovative ideas on leading change, improving sales effectiveness and preparing for the future of work. His curriculum emphasizes emerging trends influencing leadership effectiveness, sales performance and client experience.
Shawn Kanungo is a globally recognized innovation strategist and bestselling author. Combining creativity, business and technology, Kanungo spent 12 years at Deloitte working closely with leaders to help them better plan for the opportunities associated with disruptive innovation. Today, he is a partner with Queen & Rook, where he advises premier organizations and executives on disruptive trends and invests in early-stage ventures.
