The Atlanta Marriott Marquis is the only official housing provider for the 2024 MDRT EDGE. Improper solicitation of hotel reservations from any company or housing provider other than the Atlanta Marriott Marquis is not approved by MDRT. Reservations offered by unaffiliated organizations may appear to be for lower rates; however, they may be illegitimate, have unreasonable cancellation or change penalties or be completely nonrefundable. The Atlanta Marriott Marquis handles all housing requests on a first-come, first-served basis. Members must be registered for the meeting to secure a hotel room. To reserve a guest room within the MDRT EDGE room block, the guest room must be secured with a valid credit card provided by the guest attending the event, along with a first night's deposit, refundable up to 72 hours in advance of arrival. You will receive an email confirmation once you have completed your meeting registration and hotel reservation (if applicable) online. Availability is not guaranteed. Members are able to reserve one room.
Members are encouraged to book their hotel reservation once their meeting registration is complete. You will receive the Atlanta Marriott Marquis room reservation link within your meeting confirmation email. Availability is not guaranteed, and housing may close prior to the meeting. The negotiated room rate is not guaranteed after 5 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, October 21, 2024.
The guest room rate will be offered by the hotel three (3) days prior to the meeting and three (3) days after the original meeting dates, subject to availability of guest rooms and resort occupancy at the time of reservations.
Guests must cancel 72 hours before arrival to avoid being charged the first night's room and tax. If the guest does not arrive, the hotel will charge one night's room and tax as a no-show fee.

Meet your Uber or Lyft in the Rideshare Pickup Zone at the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL). Proceed through baggage claim to the escalators located between doors N2 and N3 to the Rideshare Pickup Zone. Request your ride when you arrive in the Rideshare Pickup Zone. Rideshare drivers will pick up passengers at the North Economy lot, which is a short walk from North and South baggage claim. Passengers will proceed through North baggage claim for access to the lower-level escalators located between doors N2 and N3.

Accessible via the 24/7 ATL SkyTrain, the center provides various vehicles to suit different preferences and budgets. It's recommended to book in advance.
Once you arrive and collect your luggage, follow the signs for Ground Transportation/Rental Car Center to find the SkyTrain. After a quick ride, you will arrive at the Car Rental Center, where you can head to your chosen company's counter. Have your driver's license, credit card and booking confirmation ready.
